How I operate, what to expect, and how we’ll work together to accomplish your goals.
Standard Therapy, Specialized Care
I offer individual therapy for adults 18+ navigating anxiety, panic, performance issues, burnout, relationship stress, depression, or the quiet, persistent sense that something isn’t right—even when life looks successful from the outside.
Many of my clients are high-performing individuals who’ve been running in high gear for years. They’re used to solving problems and keeping things together—but now find themselves feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or uncertain about what’s next.
In therapy, I offer a calm, intelligent space where you don’t have to manage your image. Instead, we focus on what’s real—helping you build clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger relationship with yourself.
My approach is integrative. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, as well as psychodynamic and relational work. I also bring a unique depth to my practice through the formal study of consciousness and meditation at the Monroe Institute—an internationally recognized center for personal exploration and mind-body wellness. This training informs my ability to help clients access deeper self-awareness, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and grounded presence.
Clients come to me for help with:
Anxiety and panic attacks
Depression
Burnout and high-functioning distress
Relationship and communication issues
Emotional expression and identity challenges
Performance pressure and existential unease
Inner work rooted in mindfulness and expanded self-awareness
My practice is private-pay, and I intentionally keep a limited caseload to offer highly personalized, discreet care. Sessions are available both in-person in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte and via secure video for clients located in North Carolina.
If you’re looking for therapy that goes beyond symptom management—and helps you connect to a deeper, clearer version of yourself—I’d be honored to work with you.
Consciousness-Informed Therapy & Meditation-Based Support
Go deeper than symptom relief. Explore clarity, presence, and inner alignment.
For some clients, therapy is not just about managing anxiety or working through relationships—it’s about waking up. It’s about becoming more present, more attuned to yourself, and more connected to something deeper than day-to-day stress.
In addition to my clinical training in mental health counseling, I’ve studied meditation, consciousness, and expanded states of awareness.
This specialized background allows me to offer therapy that integrates both the psychological and the existential. It’s therapy grounded in science and ethics, but open to exploring consciousness, meaning, purpose, and energetic awareness in a grounded, intelligent way.
Who This Is For
You may be:
Feeling emotionally stuck, despite external success
Managing anxiety or feeling overwhelmed, but sensing a deeper imbalance
Wanting to reconnect with your intuition, inner clarity, or sense of self
Seeking a therapist who speaks both the language of the mind and the language of deeper awareness
Interested in mindfulness or meditative states as part of your emotional and psychological growth
This work isn’t abstract—it’s practical, embodied, and tailored to you. Whether we’re using breath awareness, somatic mindfulness, or reflecting on states of consciousness that arise in daily life, the goal is always the same: to help you feel more fully present, grounded, and alive.
Intake Assessment
75 minutes, $150
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any background that might help shape our work together. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—this is a collaborative conversation designed to help us build a foundation for meaningful, effective work.
Standard Therapy Sessions
50 minutes, $125
Ongoing therapy sessions are tailored to your goals and current challenges. Whether we’re focusing on anxiety, relationships, burnout, or identity, each session is a space for thoughtful reflection, emotional clarity, and grounded progress. I offer a focused, integrative approach that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be.
Golf Therapy
9 holes, $250
For clients who prefer a less traditional format, Golf Therapy offers a spacious, relaxed setting for therapeutic conversation and reflection. We’ll play 9 holes at a course of your choosing (within reasonable driving distance), and use the natural flow of the game to support meaningful dialogue. Ideal for those who find it easier to process emotions or explore challenges in an open, active setting. Requires two weeks’ advance notice for scheduling.
Walk & Talk Therapy
50 minutes, $125
If you think better on your feet or feel more comfortable moving while talking, Walk & Talk Therapy may be a great fit. We’ll meet in the Dilworth neighborhood and walk at a comfortable pace while doing the same focused, professional therapy work you'd experience in a traditional session. Many clients find that movement helps reduce tension, enhance insight, and support emotional openness.
