From High-Stakes Strategy to Deep, Personalized Care

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in Washington, D.C., working at the highest levels of federal public service and private-sector communications. I advised senior national leaders through moments of intense visibility and pressure—often serving as a steady, strategic presence behind the scenes during fast-paced, high-stakes situations. I coached public figures through media appearances, crisis communications, and performances where every word and gesture carried weight.

This work gave me a unique perspective on a world many don’t see—one where outward success is constant, but space for inner reflection is scarce.

What ultimately led me to therapy was my own journey through challenges that achievement alone couldn’t resolve. I learned firsthand how easy it is to appear composed while struggling quietly—and how powerful it can be to have a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Therapy became that place for me, and now I’m honored to create that same kind of space for my clients.

Today, I provide discreet, compassionate care for high-achieving individuals who often present a polished exterior but wrestle with anxiety, panic, burnout, or depression beneath the surface.

In the demanding worlds my clients navigate, privacy is not just preferred—it’s essential. I offer a strictly confidential space where you can step out of performance, be fully yourself, and explore what’s really going on—without judgment or expectation.

My Approach

I offer a grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental style. My work is informed by evidence-based modalities, but always tailored to your unique goals, pace, and internal architecture. Whether you’re in crisis, seeking clarity, or quietly unraveling beneath the surface of success, therapy can be a place to reset, reconnect, and find relief.

This is not about stepping away from excellence—it’s about finding a way to sustain it without losing yourself.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with individuals who are:

  • Managing anxiety, panic, or emotional exhaustion while maintaining a high-functioning life

  • Wrestling with perfectionism, identity shifts, or persistent self-doubt

  • Experiencing disconnection, numbness, or a loss of meaning after years of success

  • Facing visibility, leadership pressure, or the emotional weight of legacy

  • Craving a space where they don’t have to filter, shrink, or explain their world

Whether you’re at the height of your career or questioning what’s next, therapy offers a space to recalibrate—and exhale.

Logistics & Flexibility

I offer flexible, discreet scheduling, including remote sessions for clients who travel frequently or prefer privacy. I work with a limited number of clients to ensure a focused, high-quality therapeutic experience.
