I’m Jordan, a therapist who helps men and women navigate anxiety, panic, performance, depression, relationships, and the pressure to always "keep it together."

With a background in high-stakes environments in the private and public sectors, I understand what it’s like to carry the weight of performance, responsibility, and expectations—while feeling like you’re unraveling inside.

I specialize in helping people with the following:

Affluence and Wealth Counseling

Wealth can solve many problems—but it doesn’t solve the internal ones. In fact, success often brings its own unique set of emotional and relational challenges: isolation, distrust, performance pressure, imposter syndrome, or a persistent sense that even with everything in place, something still feels off.

I work with clients who are high-functioning, influential, and deeply capable—yet quietly carrying stress, disconnection, or pain beneath the surface. Whether you're an executive, entrepreneur, investor, heir, or simply someone who’s done well and still doesn’t feel well, therapy can offer something few other spaces can: a place where you don’t have to lead, fix, or prove anything.

This is a space where you can be honest—sometimes for the first time in a long time.

Affluence often comes with complexity. Family dynamics can be strained by legacy and expectation. Friendships can feel transactional or shallow. Romantic partnerships may suffer under the weight of secrecy, power imbalances, or mistrust. And the pressure to maintain a certain image—of control, competence, or perfection—can become exhausting.

In therapy, we’ll work together to explore what’s underneath the surface. We'll examine the story you’ve been living in, how it’s served you, and where it may be limiting you now. You'll have the opportunity to reconnect with who you are when you're not in "performance mode," and to build a life that feels more meaningful, grounded, and internally congruent.

You deserve a place where you can stop managing impressions and simply be human. Let’s start there.

Anxiety & Panic Disorders
I help clients identify and change the patterns that fuel chronic worry, panic attacks, and emotional exhaustion. My approach is both evidence-based and deeply human, helping you understand what’s happening in your body and mind—and how to take back control.

Men’s Issues
Many men struggle to talk about what’s really going on. Whether it’s anger, anxiety, disconnection, or performance pressure, I create a space where you don’t have to prove anything—just be honest, feel understood, and find a path forward.

This said, I do have female clients who have found success working with me, and have chosen to continue our work together despite the large number of female counselors in Charlotte.

As the only child of a single mother, I distinctly understand the challenges of motherhood, and the pressure society puts on them.

Relationships
Whether you’re trying to repair communication, navigate conflict, or make sense of your role in a struggling relationship, therapy can help you show up more intentionally and create stronger, healthier connections.

Military Veterans

I provide tailored therapy for military veterans facing the unique challenges of integration into civilian life. Understanding the complexities of anxiety, panic, trauma, and relationship issues that often arise from service, I utilize evidence-based practices coupled with a compassionate approach to foster healing and resilience.

By creating a safe and supportive environment, veterans can explore their experiences, learn coping strategies, and develop a stronger sense of self, ultimately empowering them to navigate their post-service lives more effectively.

Coming from a military family, I understand the complexities that arise from a family member in service. During my previous career, I worked with countless military personnel and veterans every day. I understand the language you speak, the struggles you face, and the support you seek. You’re the reason I left a successful career in DC to help people in the counseling field. You deserve more than you’re being given, and I aim to help change that.

For military veterans, I offer a sliding scale starting at $100 per session.

Depression

Depression in high-achievers can be hidden behind ambition, perfectionism, or constant busyness, making it harder to recognize and even harder to talk about.

In therapy, we create a private, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to perform. Together, we’ll explore the weight you carry, reconnect with your sense of self beyond achievement, and find relief that doesn’t require sacrificing your drive or your values.

You don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling depleted, disconnected, or like the success you’ve built isn’t bringing you the peace you expected, therapy can help.
